One Delisle is a new condo development by Slate Asset Management currently in preconstruction at 1 Delisle Avenue, Toronto. The development is scheduled for completion in 2026. Available units range in price from $1,699,900 to $7,454,900. One Delisle has a total of 293 units. Sizes range from 563 to 2381 square feet.
