Creekside Condos is a new condo development by Sutherland Development Group and York Trafalgar Homes currently in preconstruction at 6439 Regional Road 25, Milton. Available units range in price from $589,900 to over $959,900. Creekside Condos unit sizes range from 655 to 1468 square feet.
